[BUG] Bridging the Gap assignments

Since the archives of this list are publicly accessible, some folks
may be reluctant to post some of this information, especially exam
questions.  If there is sufficient interest, I would be happy to create
a secure site for such data, either accessible to anyone with a Bridge
Project password, or as a separate site with a separate password.

As for good HW questions, much of what I assign to students is available
at either:
