[BUG] paper on dot and cross product

I have finally gotten around to posting a draft manuscript we have written on
the geometry of the dot and cross product.  It's basically the same as what's
in the instructor's guide, but the geometric distributivity argument is done
explicitly.  It's on the "papers" page of the Bridge site; comments welcome.

PS: Due to an attempted break-in, some OSU services may be unavailable from
    off campus until further notice.  I believe the website is up, but the
    BUG pages are not.  I have therefore put a link to a static copy on the
