[BUG] maps for vector calculus

All,

I've been thinking about how to help my students put together the
many connections within vector calculus. I've developed the attached
"maps" to give some visual help with this. The first version
includes some special cases relevant only to planar fields ("normal
line integrals", a planar divergence theorem, and Green's theorem).
The second includes only Green's theorem as a special planar case.
The second version is obviously a lot cleaner. I suspect Tevian will
object to the first version. I include it because the reality of
doing vector calculus in a third-semester multivariate calculus
course often means "bailing out" at the level of planar fields if
there is not time to do surface integrals justice.

I plan to distribute one or the other of these to my students this
week, either as a handout or on the course web page. If you have any
comments or suggestions for improvement, I would appreciate getting
them.

Thanks,
Martin
