[BUG] Instructor's Guide update

Due to PDF problems, I never linked the September revision of the Instructor's
Guide to the website.  Although the PDF issues have not been resolved to my
satisfaction, I have nonetheless posted the revisions; my apologies for the
delay.  (Further revisions are in progress.)

One important improvement is the presence of transparency masters for several
of the labs, namely the Hill, the Valley, and Divergence and Curl.

The revised Guide is now the default; the old version can be found at:

There is also an alternate version of the revised Guide at:

(The PDF problem relates to changes in the specifications for blank pages
between Acrobat versions.  If the default version doesn't work, try the
alternate; either version might give you warnings which you can hopefully
ignore.)
