[BUG] Study Guide available

I have thoroughly revised the Study Guide for students in our course,
which still uses Stewart's 4th edition.  It still has some loose ties to
that text, but is really intended as the core of a standalone introduction
to our approach to vector calculus.  You can find it at:

(You will need your Bridge Project password.)

You should feel free to copy parts of this guide for your students, but
please don't distribute the entire guide without clearing it with us first.
