[BUG] Changes to Bridge Project website

The Bridge Project website has been updated.  Two changes have been made:
	* The location of the site has changed;
	* The code has been upgraded to XHTML 1.1,
	  and should also now comply with accessibility standards.

The new URLs for the Bridge Project are (finally!) BOTH of:
	http://www.math.oregonstate.edu/bridge
	http://www.physics.oregonstate.edu/bridge
so take your pick; they point to the same place.  Some further information
about the change can be found by following the link near the bottom of the
site's homepage; the short answer is that the old link still works.

We have done our best to remain backwards compatible; you shouldn't notice
much, if any, difference.  Do let us know if you experience any difficulty;
we always welcome comments about presentation and accessibility, as well as
content.  However, we encourage you to report outright bugs just to us, not to
the entire BUG list.  (Maybe that name wasn't the best choice...)
